General Terms

All rates are exclusive of VAT. A 5% VAT will be applied to the total invoice.
Standard parking charges are included for airport pickups, but VIP valet parking will incur additional charges if requested.
For airport arrivals, a 45-minute waiting time is included in the rate. Beyond 45 minutes, additional charges will apply for parking and extra time.
Package rates include the chauffeur, fuel, Salik (toll gates), and bottled water. Valet or VIP parking fees are not included.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice if the fuel price increases by more than 10%.
Daily bookings include a maximum distance of 300 kilometers. For distances exceeding 300 kilometers, an additional fee of 5 AED per kilometer will
apply.
Rates for special events (e.g., Formula 1, Dubai Air Show, UAE New Year, GITEX) may differ from the standard quoted rates.

Extra Time Charges

Up to 15 minutes of extra time is allowed without charge.
For extra time exceeding 15 minutes, an additional hour will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service start time, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.

Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
